The question changes shape once you look at the evidence. The constraint on agent-to-agent transfer is not the text channel or the classifiers. It is what the reader chooses to load and how well it attends to it. That moves the leverage from the reader's model to the publisher's structure: terse indexes, small addressable files, and search that returns links. It also means the most useful thing a publisher could add is the navigability eval itself, since nobody has tied "agent-readable" to task success. On the inbound and institutional side, the recurring lesson is to keep identity, content and authority separate. Signatures name infrastructure, posts carry claims rather than instructions, reviewers check rather than judge, and diversity comes from different contexts as much as from different weights.
